With over 30+ years of industry experience, Kim decided to start her own company back in 2003 and founded MFactor because she felt there was a chance to change the way meetings are handled. That mantra still holds true today; she believes that events can be more memorable, productive and cost effective when a personal touch is applied in just the right places. Her theory is constantly validated with MFactor growing over 100% every year since its inception.

Before starting MFactor, Kim was the top salesperson at a leading San Francisco Bay Area meeting and event company, selling meetings and events services to a wide variety of Fortune 1000 clients. Prior to that, she spent years learning the business inside and out from research and operations to sales with Rosenbluth Travel, ADI Incentive, Nippon Travel Company and Thomas Cook Travel. Her specialties lie in the nuts and bolts of organized planning.

Kim graduated from Michigan State University with a degree in Communications and Business. She has a strong passion for education in California and is very active with the San Carlos Education Foundation and Carlmont High School Booster Club where she has been instrumental in helping raise millions of dollars for San Carlos schools and the Sequoia Schools Districts. Using her talents with her specialty in events she has thoroughly enjoyed being the lead with fundraising events in her community. In her free time she keeps herself busy with family, friends and lots of sports.

Renee Robertson

Renee has over 25 years of experience in the meeting and incentives industry. Having worked on both the pre-sales and operation sides at several different meeting planning companies in both California and Texas, she has been exposed to a wide variety of clients, their needs and budgets.  As Purchasing Manager, Renee works directly with our clients to search and find the best destinations and venues for their meeting and/or incentives. She develops the budget and negotiates contracts to ensure the best deal possible. Renee has traveled to 40 different countries and her overall knowledge of the industry and her attention to detail make her a valuable asset to our team.

Cassie Morales

Cassie brings a solutions-focused approach and a “can do” attitude to each client and each program. She has a strong background in business-to-business sales and years of experience in the hospitality industry. Cassie believes in establishing long-term client relationships and is especially effective leading teams to develop unique programs delivered with flawless execution. While earning her Hospitality Management degree from Syracuse University she also played softball. She set various offensive school records and was selected to the All Big East Conference and Northeast Region Teams. Cassie now enjoys spending her weekends at the softball field coaching travel ball and makes her home in the Bay Area.

Karen started in the meetings industry over twenty years ago and has worked in all facets of the travel industry including program design, project management, contracts, marketing development and business development. She is a creative-thinker, rain-maker and driver of opportunity for those she surrounds herself with. In addition to her knowledge of the meetings and events world, Karen has worked in corporate marketing on demand gen campaigns, experiential marketing and sales enablement. Her experience in the meetings industry is vast with emphasis in business development, destination knowledge and creative program planning. She balances driving sales with cultivating mindfulness and compassion…while never taking life too seriously and having fun in the process. In her free time, Karen is a Mom to four young and college aged adults. Her passions include cooking, gardening, being in the outdoors and mindfulness.

Jennifer Diehl

Jennifer Diehl, CMP

Jennifer combines a commitment to excellence, a focus on delivering creative ideas with a proactive approach and 20 years of domestic and international experience to create incredible client programs. She has worked on multiple sides of the table in the industry…hands-on event development and management, training and sales. She has worked in destination management with the diversified destination management company Allied PRA and with American Express corporate events in San Diego. In addition, Jennifer’s solid sales background was polished during her years with Hornblower Cruises & Events and American Golf Corporation where she was responsible for selling and managing private events. Clients appreciate her fiscal responsibility, her personal goal to deliver “better than expected” and her talent in developing life long partnerships. Jennifer has traveled the alphabet…from Andorra to Zanzibar and has lived in England and Spain.  Jennifer is a Certified Meeting Professional (CMP) and attended the American School of Mallorca, Spain, and CSU, Long Beach

Sally has been in the meeting planning industry since 2007 and has worked in multiple industries including horticulture, law firms and pharmaceuticals. Sally collaborates closely with clients to make certain the vision of their meeting is executed as seamlessly as possible. She enjoys the entire planning process from the initial idea to execution and all the details in between. Sally enjoys being challenged with new opportunities to expand her knowledge. She earned her Bachelor of Science degree in Recreation Administration with an option in Special Events and Tourism from California State University, Chico. When Sally’s not planning meetings, she loves to travel to new places and spend time with friends and family.
