MFactor Meetings, headquartered in San Francisco, California, was recognized by Society for Incentive Travel Excellence (SITE) with a Crystal Award for Excellence in Incentive Travel: North America at the Crystal Awards Recognition Ceremony held during the SITE + MPI Global Forum in Rome, Italy. This is MFactor’s second win in the category over the past four years.

“The Crystal Award is the most prestigious form of recognition in the global incentive travel industry,” said SITE President Annamaria Ruffini, CIS, CMP, president & CEO, Events In & Out S.R.L. “The award not only honors the outstanding organizations that win them, but also showcases the innovative ways companies can create extraordinary motivational experiences to maximize human potential and achieve tangible business results for their companies.”

A leading insurance company annually rewards their top sales partners with the Platinum Circle, providing the company the opportunity to recognize an elite group of independent agencies that deliver industry-leading commercial insurance solutions. With objectives to drive sales, increase company loyalty and establish the partnership, the program is the company’s most effective tool to ensure continued success.

MFactor has developed a 20-year partnership with the client and year after year have strived to create and deliver unique experiences with a focus on individuality and exclusivity. In 2016, Italy was a new and ideal destination, where 30 partners and their guests experienced 7-nights of grandeur and luxury in Rome and Florence. The program included special evening events at incredible venues, as well as daily activities tailored specifically for the group. A highlight was an excursion through the Chianti region, with each couple driving their own Ferrari, followed by lunch at the magnificent Villa La Massa.

“MFactor is super proud to be a winner of another Crystal Award. It is always rewarding to produce an event that succeeded in accomplishing our clients’ goals of making each and every guest feel as they are the only one on the trip! At MFactor we don’t just produce events, we truly try our best to create experiences that will last a lifetime. Winning a Crystal Award is proof that our hard work pays off. Following the program, our client’s response was “You nailed it, every bit!” To me that says it all,” said Shaina Desai, MFactor Purchasing Manager.
